M.I.T Students Develop AI Module for E-Government Portal

<p>A 6-member student team from M.I.T's Data Science program developed an AI module for the e-government portal commissioned by the Ministry of Digital Development.</p><p>The NLP-based module automatically categorizes citizen requests into 12 categories. Processing time dropped from 3–5 business days to 8 seconds — a 94% speed increase.</p>
